When you open an account on indrabet, you agree to our terms of use. We set out how we handle your data, how deposits and withdrawals work, what happens if there is a dispute, and what our responsibilities are to you. This page explains our policy in plain language — not legal jargon.

Account Opening and Verification on indrabet

To open an account on indrabet, you provide an email address, create a password, and select a username. We then send a verification link to your email; click it to confirm your address. This is your first step.

On your first deposit, we conduct account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). We ask for a copy of your ID and a selfie to confirm your identity. This is a one-time process; we do not re-verify unless we detect unusual activity. Our indrabet verification team reviews your documents within 24 hours. Once approved, your account is fully active and you can deposit and withdraw freely.

Withdrawals and Review Windows

To withdraw funds from indrabet, log into your account, navigate to the Withdrawal section, and select your preferred method. We support withdrawals to the same payment channels you used to deposit. Withdrawals are subject to a verification review — our system checks that your withdrawal amount does not exceed your balance, that your account has not been flagged for unusual activity, and that your identity matches our KYC records.

From time to time, we offer bonuses or promotions on indrabet. Any bonus offer comes with specific terms — for example, a deposit bonus may require you to play through the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it. We display these terms clearly when you claim a bonus. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its terms.

Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. If you close your account, any unclaimed bonus is forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bonus offers at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which indrabet is operated. Any disputes arising from your use of indrabet are subject to the jurisdiction's laws and courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of indrabet after the notification date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account.
